Dependability – Because farming is difficult and can be unpredictable, SFP strives to always pack extra product to keep our loyal restaurateurs Dependably Supplied. In short years, we do not add new distributors, price gouge, or allow the hoarding of our products. We keep our brands Dependably flowing to our restaurateurs over time by ratably allocating (rationing) our inventory fairly across all our loyal distributors. At SFP, Dependability means keeping every promise we make, period.
Fairness To All– We strive to treat our loyal team, restaurateurs, distributors, growers, and suppliers with Equal Fairness. For example, we sell our brands to each of our distributors at the exact same price per case, regardless of their size. We do not play favorites, and we never discount our products. Similarly, because we treasure loyalty over size, we show our gratitude to our restaurateur End Users by giving them a holiday gift!
Long, Loyal Relationships – Our long-term success depends on building Long-Lasting, Loyal Relationships with our like-minded team, restaurateurs, distributors, growers, and suppliers. That is why we are especially proud that hundreds of our seasonal and year-round teammates have been with us for 20+ years. We understand that we must earn the Loyalty of our stakeholders. We expect the same from them in return.
Personalized Service– Our dedicated We Care team calls our independently owned restaurateur customers annually to verify their satisfaction and thank them for their business. SFP’s “Legendary Service” approach focuses on treating our customers like family, responding to their needs quickly, answering their questions knowledgeably, and always guaranteeing their satisfaction with our products. Additionally, it extends well beyond our customers – it means treating all of our stakeholders with respect and professionalism.
