The secret is that most vine-ripe aroma volatiles are found in the velvety layer just below the tomato’s skin.
So, grinding unpeeled tomatoes for 7/11® retains maximum fresh vine-ripe aroma. 7/11®’s slightly coarser texture is also ideal for enhancing thicker, sweeter pizza sauces like SuperDolce®, Full Red®, and Saporito®.
