New York Pizza Sauce

Thin, round New York pies are dressed with fresh-tasting sauce, premium quality mozzarella cheese, and a sprinkle of dried oregano before baking.

Makes 40 cups of sauce.

Ingredients:

• 2 cans 7/11® Ground Tomatoes
• 1 can Full Red® Pizza Sauce
• ¼ cup Corto® Truly® 100% Extra Virgin Olive Oil
• 1 cup of fresh basil, chopped
• salt & pepper to taste

Instructions:

Mix all ingredients in a stainless steel bowl, season with salt and pepper to taste.
